Donna, you are my kind of genius! And your genius has been showing since the moment I “met” you.
“true genius is believing in yourself, not worrying about what others think, what others do, or what others have.” You could not have said it better. Perfect.
Now if somebody would just evict the squatter in the Oval Office, my day would be made.
Mega hugs, my friend!

Always a delight to see your genius show up. I wish I still had hope that things would get better, that people wouldn’t be crushed and starved by the greedy rich. I wish that I thought that people being nice to each other would matter, or make any difference in the scheme of things. I wish a lot of things but what I see just shows me that wishes don’t always come true.

Hello Dear, Sweet, Kind, Loving Crazy GENIUS.How much sense yo make when you tell us what real genius is. How much sense when you tell us how we should behave. I wonder if it’s time for Canada to invade the US and capture the Fat Controller for his rudeness to the Canadian Premier. Maybe you could just build a wall round him somewhere isolated hen Mr Trudeau can declare the US under new management. You can be his new Minister of Kindness and kick a few butts into shape. You’re as adorable as always

We’ve got a battle ahead to hold onto our dear Prime Minister, my friend, so I don’t know if we have time for an invasion, it is a Federal election year and Justin has a fight on his hands here at home. Liars, cads, scum abound and we must keep scrubbing the dirt away, it’s tiring.
The wall around Trump might be a plan, perhaps someone is already secretly weaving it out of his ‘hair’. 😉

Something you said about ordinary people and genius really struck a chord with me. I know a woman with two disabled children and SHE is a genius, the way she tackles each day and advocates for her children. There will be no medals for her, or social media praise, but she does it anyway. And she makes it look easy.

We need to make it easier to ‘temporarily’ suspend a president’s powers when he’s under investigation for treason. In fact, if the evidence shows trump directly conspired with Putin to steal the 2016 election we should have the election and all of Trump’s legislation and appointments annulled.
LikeLike
Yes, I agree. When you’re being investigated you shouldn’t get to run a country, withdraw troops, get rid of nuclear treaties, put children in cages, etc. I think they should definitely do that, after all, the election was a fraud.

After we lock him up if Trump escapes just when we think we’re safe, I’ll look for where God hid the remote. 🙂 BTW, I don’t know the details the Prime Minister’s scandal but speaking as a person’s whose government was destroyed by stupid bullshit from the Russian government, beware the sudden scandal that pops up from nowhere and suddenly becomes an ongoing ‘trending’ topic that obscures real news and real policy efforts. Canada is under attack. Just sayin.

We’ve been under attack for a long time, I thought we’d turned a corner by choosing ‘sunny ways’ but looks like we’re right back in the right (aka wrong) corner…Why does the refrain, “Hell is empty and all the devils are here” keep running through my head, hmmm, Shakespeare knew what he was talking about. Then thing that pisses me off the most is the lies are so stupid. Why would people believe such such idiotic lies? Would I be right in thinking the Trudeau’s scandal came after Canada expelled Russian diplomats? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uLWpzXFDtjk

The U.S. President threatens to put a hit on his own people if they try to hold him accountable to the laws he represents, and 33% of America define THAT as making America Great. It’s absurd and a reflection of the degree to which Americans have passively accepted cheating, stealing and lying as a normal part of business and politics.

It’s an old trick, find people who are open/vulnerable to suggestion, tell them what they want to hear and then run with it. This goes way back, tell big lies, keep repeating over and over. And some people probably don’t believe anymore but they’re too ashamed to admit what they did. Own it, learn from it.

It’s a nightmare. I spoke with a friend who lives in Toronto, I asked about Trudeau’s scandal, and he seemed sure it was legit; the way he explains it the liberal party in Canada is corrupt and responsible for everything wrong with politics, which is what people here said about Clinton and what people in the UK said about the EU. Putin is taking our governments down one by one; but if you ask people why their country is falling apart; his incessant gaslighting is the last thing they think of.
LikeLike
Oh yeah, people are being brainwashed big-time and most of them don’t even know what it’s about, the one guy the ‘news (and I use the term loosely) actually said they should have to release the emails (HUH?!?). Putin has Canada and the U.S. so he’s got North America and lots of other parts of the world – world domination without a shot fired, all he needed was people who want to hear gossip instead of facts.
LikeLiked by 1 person
To see the effect of gaslighting on the general public is a revelation. For me, the question is, why is it working? How is it possible for educated adults to deny what they can see with their own eyes? Putin is like an artist of crime: he leaves his signature on all his works. People know they’re lying even as they repeat his lies.

Actor Jim Carrey, I believe he is Canadien, said he wanted to leave the United States because he disagrees with the political stuff here, and so many useless Hollywood people said the same. Well, they are still here, poisoning our lives with their venom, and still shovel money their industry produces. Maybe the Canadian government can build the wall at the Canadian border with all the Hollywood actors’ money. Perhaps that will shut them up. Great post about being geniuses,

We’ll have to agree to disagree, I think people are allowed to express their opinions and I feel enriched by freedom of expression, not poisoned. There does seem to be a lot of venom expressed here, I’m always confused when people wish to shut others up simply because they’re expressing opinions they don’t agree with or don’t confirm their own bias. I love to hear other points of view, other thoughts, even ones that are different than mine, I feel that’s how I learn. Criticism without solutions is just complaining and that’s passive and has never fixed anything.
Yes, we can proudly say Canada made Jim Carrey as Jim Carrey as he is lol He’s welcome back any old time, but if Hollywood loses all it’s former Canucks, it will seem pretty lonely, but we’d love to have them. 😉
All are welcome here, even if they don’t say what we want them to say. 🙂

No venom from me Donna, don’t get me wrong. I was reporting what Hollywood actors say about this country which made them ultra millionaires and don’t do anything to help others, they just run their mouth. They are disgraceful and disrespectful towards their fans and the very same land that made their fortune. That’s all and BTW, I have boycotted most of them. You are right, we have to agree to disagree. I don’t agree with them, so I got rid of them.
As far as peace and relaxation, I am the one telling people how to eliminate nuisance, so they can have peace and relaxation. No harm done, create a great weekend.
